Financial Sustainability
Developing a business model that is financially sustainable is crucial to a successful transformation of employment services. Each organization must take carefully-considered steps to evaluate the financial implications of transformation through fiscal modeling exercises and the development of viable business plans. Resources provided here are designed to encourage discussion and evaluation of the organization’s options. It is recommended that each organization considering a comprehensive transformation seek individual consultation from a CPA and an attorney with expertise in this area.
